Skiing is what matters here: accommodation on the piste, lifts starting at the door and prices noticeably kinder than its postcard neighbours. The La Masse sector has serious vertical for anyone who wants it. And if you fancy a change of scene, Val Thorens and Méribel are on the same pass.
