Cancellation policy
The short version: we charge you nothing to cancel. Whatever it may cost comes from the hotel or the service you booked.

1. Uniski charges no cancellation fee
We apply no fee of our own for cancelling a booking. No admin charge, no penalty, nothing of the sort.
2. The supplier may charge
The accommodation, the resort and any other service booked apply their own cancellation policy, and that one can cost you money.
That policy is neither hidden nor left to the end: you see it on the rate itself before paying, with the dates and amounts of each stage, and it is set out on your booking confirmation.
3. How to cancel
From your account, on the booking detail, you can request the cancellation and tell us why.
If you would rather talk it through, get in touch as early as you can: the more notice there is, the likelier the booking can be cancelled at no cost.
4. Cancellation insurance
When booking you can add insurance covering cancellation in certain circumstances. It is not included by default — it has to be added.
It is worth reading what it covers and what it does not before taking it, because not every reason qualifies.
5. When the trip changes, not the booking
If what you need is to move the dates or change room rather than cancel, write to us: depending on the rate it can work out cheaper than cancelling and booking again.
