Font Romeu

Font-Romeu makes much of its sunshine, and rightly: it is one of the clearest corners of the Pyrenees, which is why elite athletes have come here to train at altitude for decades. The resort is broad and very sunny, with good snowmaking to secure the season. Comfortable for families, in the French Cerdagne a step from the border, so it combines easily with the Spanish side.
